Director of Operations - James Woodcock 

James has worked at all levels in the company since 2001.  Having previously specialised in advocating for residential tenants welfare rights, James is now predominantly involved in our agricultural, minerals and energy portfolio whilst retaining a mentoring function for the senior management team.

General Manager -  Ian Fisher BSc MRICS

Ian is a Chartered Surveyor with 25 years experience in the property sector. Having worked for corporate agents and as a business owner Ian knows what’s required to offer great customer service. He joined Challenge in October 2016 and lives locally in Mansfield. 

Assistant General Manager - Alison Wright

Alison started her property career with Challenge in 2014 shortly after creating her own property portfolio.  Alison has maintained her own professional and personal development through a management training programe which in 2017 saw her complete a Level 5 qualification with the Institute of Leadership and Management.  Alison now leads and inspires our departmental teams to deliver excellent results for our customers.

Director of Administration - Emma George

Emma joined the company in 2005 as our Office Manager.  Having dealt with all aspects of our business, Emma now takes responsibility for our statutory compliance and oversees company litigation in all 3 U.K. legal jurisdictions.

After a long career in local goverment finance, Marie came to Challenge as our Senior Accountant and Book keeper.  Accountant by day and super hero by night, Marie is respected for her first class accuracy within our financial administration.

Senior Tenancy Manager - Karen Page

Always ready to help, Karen has headed up our tenancy department since 2007 and specialises in tenancy advocacy for those residential tenants who claim housing benefit, universal credit or discretionary housing payments, or otherwise need help in sustaining their tenancies.  Karens' work means we have sustained and supported tenants in long term relationships which may have otherwise ended in rent arrears or eviction.  Karen asks that any tenant facing financial difficulties contacts her at the first opportunity.
