Challenge House - A review for all staff members - namely - Jade, Kat, Magda, Kaitlin, Venusha and Viola - Each staff member was excellent with me, going far beyond the extra mile, accommodating me in a big step of relocating cities, during a time where my health was not up to scratch which was visibly noticeable. I was accommodated in swapping flats even, despite this creating extra work for each of them, after making a poor decision about a flat which would have been too far away from my relatives in Nottingham. Excellent service, extremely polite staff, highly recommended to anyone looking at properties. Thank you for all your help !

I had a really positive experience with Viola and Jade from the tenancy department. They were both incredibly helpful, professional, and responsive throughout the entire process. Viola was quick to address any questions I had and made sure everything was clearly explained, which made things much less stressful. Jade was equally supportive, always friendly and willing to go the extra mile to ensure everything was handled smoothly. Their teamwork and dedication really stood out, and it made a big difference to my overall experience. I truly appreciate their assistance and would highly recommend them to anyone needing support from the tenancy team.
