UPDATED REVIEW *Been a tenant for around 4 months now. As per promise I have had a new front door installed and new plastering all to a brilliant standard. Any issues and the staff have always been available on the phone or in person at the office. I yesterday had my gas meter changed by my service provider but he also cut me off due to concerns over my boiler. I dealt with both Donna and Hilda and within hours they sent a gas engineer out to inspect and service my boiler the same day and I was back up and running, all whilst I was at work. Outstanding service from an agency that actually care about their tenants welfare. I find the staff extremely helpful and good friendly people. I had read some of the negative reviews posted and they really are not justified, be a good tenant and have the best experience. *INITIAL REVIEW Honest and helpful, something I've struggled to find with previous letting agents and landlords. From the outset Lisa has been amazing, approachable, friendly and helpful. I've only just started my tenancy with Challenge House but there's always been someone on the end of a phone to help me. They even managed to get me a move in date that suited me. I will add a new review in six months time but for now I'm certainly happy.

We moved into our property in May Last year and the move was seamless. Over the winter there have been a few issues due to the cold, and we called the repair department. Everything has been dealt with in a timely manner, and all issues are resolved straight away. It’s been a joy speaking to Donna, Hilda, and Richard. And we really appreciate that even though there is a labour shortage at the moment, they have always chased things up to get the people needed for the jobs out as soon as possible! This is just another plus alongside the affordable rent. Keep up the good work guys. We really appreciate it!

I’ve been a tenant at Challenge House for 2.5 years, and my experience has been fantastic. The staff are always friendly, professional, and happy to help with any issues. When my boiler broke over Christmas, they arranged for a repair straight away, which I really appreciated. It’s great to rent from a place that genuinely cares about its tenants. Highly recommend! 5 Stars!
