Property Administrator

We are a growing company and we are looking for an experienced administrator to work within our busy Estates team.

The successful applicant will be responsible for:

Providing high quality and timely customer focused repairs delivery.

Create and maintain relationships with our tradespeople and continue to develop the value they add to our business.

Ensuring that repairs are carried out to a range of properties in a timely and co-ordinated manner.

Maintaining and operating the company’s database of required repairs.

Management and reconciliation of suppliers invoices to ensure that we are invoiced correctly and that invoices are paid quickly

Collate reports measuring the teams’ performance.

Visiting properties to meet contractors, surveyors or tenants

The ideal candidate must be able to:

Take responsibility, make decisions and problem solve through research and analysis

Prioritize workloads

Work in a team

Be persuasive and possess good negotiation and communication skills whether in a professional context or in real life

Have sound Microsoft Office skills, including Excel

Be a vehicle owner and driver

Enjoy an open and learning environment

Experience in property, the building trade, recruitment, customer service, other direct experience or transferable skills is advantageous.

This is a full time position based in Mansfield, Nottinghamshire.

Salary is dependent on experience and ability with potential for growth.

There is also a bonus scheme based on team results
